About Liesa Priddy
Liesa put her business degree to good use by working in banking and law firm administration. During that time, she obtained a graduate diploma in banking.
Returning to ranch work full-time led to an increased interest in conservation and an environmental studies degree. Liesa is active in the Florida Cattlemen’s Association, serving three years as Region 5 Representative.
Through Priddy’s efforts, JB Ranch received the Florida Cattlemen’s Association Environmental Stewardship Award and the Florida Wildlife Federation’s Land Conservationist of the Year award. The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association has recognized JB Ranch with the 2023 Region II Environmental Stewardship Award, edging out seven other states.
Recognizing her integrity and conservative leadership, Governor Rick Scott placed his trust in Liesa by appointing her to serve on the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. In that role, she proved herself a staunch conservative voice.
